Since March 19, when HMWC moved to a remote working environment, our office has been minimally staffed and our professionals have been collaborating with you and each other through other means.

We’re pleased to announce that our office will re-open on Monday, June 1. Return to the office is voluntary, and roughly 30% of our team has opted to return. The environment will be a bit different as we comply with state and local authorities, but it’s a step forward for our team. Their health and safety is our priority, so we are implementing safety measures as appropriate.

Limited client visits may resume, but safety precautions will be in place. We strongly recommend that clients continue to connect with us virtually. Meetings can be conducted either by phone or video via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Also, we offer a variety of ways that you can quickly and securely share documents with us:

Secure email: Documents can be securely emailed to us by clicking on “Click Here to send files securely” link in your HMWC professional’s email signature.
US Mail: You can mail documents to us via the US post office
Drop Box: HMWC offers a “night” drop box located at the entrance to our building. You can access this drop box 24/7.
Fax: Documentation can be faxed to 714.505.9200.
