Under direct supervision, and assists the Administrative Operations team. This is a part-time, non-exempt position that will be responsible for the following:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with tax return assembly, extensions and e-filings, and scanning.
- Assist with client database setup, maintenance and support.
- May assist operations team with processing billing for the firm.
- Assist with other administrative/operations tasks.
- Ability to professionally interact and effectively communicate with partners, managers and staff.
- Exhibit an ability and willingness to take on and learn new tasks and procedures quickly and to handle multiple assignments without difficulty.
- Demonstrate maturity, strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to use standard word processing and related computer software applications.
- College Accounting major a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of tax preparation software a plus.
