HMWC CPAs & Business Advisors (“HMWC”) is pleased to announce that Wiederman & Chamberlain, CPAs (“W&C”) has merged into the firm. W&C specializes in serving dental practices, counting over 200 dentists from across California as clients. HMWC is a leading Orange County CPA firm that has been recognized statewide as a Top 150 firm and nationally as a Top 300 firm.

Wiederman & Chamberlain was formed in 1989. The firm’s services to dentists include accounting, tax compliance and planning, financial planning, and retirement planning. The firm’s partners are members of the Academy of Dental CPAs, which is an affiliation of twenty-six firms across the United States that specialize in working with dentists and manage over 7,000 dentists collectively. Arthur S. Wiederman, CPA, CFP founded the firm in 1989. He previously worked in the tax department of the national CPA firm Deloitte, Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte) from 1981-1984 and left in 1984 to take over the Pacific Institute’s Financial Services Division. Art bought the company and it was renamed Wiederman & Associates in 1989. Wiederman attended California State University, Long Beach and graduated with a degree in Accounting in 1980. Pam Chamberlain, CPA joined the firm in 1988 and became a partner in 2014. She also attended California State University, Long Beach, and graduated with a degree in Accounting in 1987.
