Lisa Young is a Manager in HMWC CPAs & Business Advisor’s Complete Financial Office Solutions department. Her primary focus is in providing personal year-round accounting and business assistance to small businesses as they grow and change. Her services are customized to meet each client’s needs and include such things as part-time Controller and CFO services; accounting staff training; budgeting and cash management; bookkeeping and payroll services; and financial statement and income tax services.

Experience
Lisa’s accounting, tax and audit experience has emphasized serving closely-held, owner-managed businesses. Her comprehensive accounting background includes experience in both the private business sector and public accounting. In the private business sector, Lisa served as Controller for companies in the construction and distribution industries. Her public accounting experience with national and local accounting firms includes individual, business and non-profit taxation and financial statement services.

Education
Lisa graduated Magna Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona with a B.S. degree in Accounting in 1992.

Professional & Community Involvement
A CPA since 1997, Lisa’s professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Lisa is licensed as a CPA in the states of California and Arizona. She is actively involved in the community and is a member of the Marketplace Women of Orange County organization.
